Shipping times

THE POLKA POLKA SUITCASE ships throughout Italyat a cost of €6.00 for all available payment methods. The order will be processed on average in 24/48 working hours from receipt of payment, for express shipping in 24/48 working hoursyou can select “express shipping”at a cost of €12.00. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are free, with shipping in 5/7 working days.

The Polka Dot Suitcase ships throughout Europe at a cost of €20 for all available payment methods. The order will be processed within 3 working days of receiving payment and will be managed by DHL.
When the order leaves our warehouse, DHL will send a track code via email or text message to track your package

If upon delivery of the order you notice that the package is damaged, scratched, broken, etc. the customer can accept by telling the courier "I accept the package with reservation".
