THE POLKA DOT SUITCASE guarantees full satisfaction with the purchase, in fact within 10 days (by calendar) from delivery of the goods , the customer has the possibility of returning it by obtaining a voucher of the same value as his purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To make a return it is necessary to contact LA VALIGIA A POLKA POIS via whatsapp on 3247982641 indicating:
– your name and surname, number of order, the items to be returned and the choice between: item exchange, voucher or refund (refund is not valid on items on sale); you will then be contacted by our customer service. Furthermore you can take advantage of our courier for the collection of the return at a cost of €6.00.

In the event that the return is shipped independently (to the address Via Francesco Baracca 22, 20008 Bareggio – MI) the responsibility and cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the customer .

RETURN PROCEDURE EUROPE
To make a return it is necessary to contact LA VALIGIA A POLKA POLKA by email at info@lavaligiapois.com indicating:
– your name and surname, order number, the items to be returned and the choice between: item exchange, voucher or refund (refunds are not valid on items on sale); you will then be contacted by our customer service. Furthermore, it is possible to use our courier to collect the return at a cost of €20.00.
In case of replacement of the returned item with another product, the new shipment is at at the customer's expense.
In the event that the return is shipped independently (to the address Via Francesco Baracca 22, 20008 Bareggio – MI) the responsibility and cost of shipping the returned goods is paid by the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for our Customer Service to accept a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The goods must be shipped within 10 days (from calendar) from receipt of the order. The signature of receipt of the package is proof.
  2. Promptly inform THE POLKA POLKA SUITCASEin case of damage during transport.
  3. Products must be in the same condition how they were shipped and must have their original packaging which must be intact and undamaged and its tag.
  4. The goods must be intact< /strong>, must not be used, washed, ironed or otherwise altered in any way.

RETURN METHOD

It will be possible to choose between one of the following return methods:

  • Replacement of the itemwith another product. (For this return method the customer will have to pay the shipping cost of 6 euros again)
  • Issuance of a voucher of the same value as the item that can be spent on the shop at will for the value of a year.
  • Issuance of the refund in economic form (can NOT be requested for items purchased on sale or during promotions) carried out within 10 days (by calendar) of receipt of the returned item.

In the case of a financial refund request, please note that the commission costs for the payment made equal to €2.00 for bank transfer, postepay, credit card will be subtracted and paypal. If the customer purchased with satispay, the refund will be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

We do not assume any type of responsibility for damage, loss or alteration and packages sent independently by the customer for the return and/or exchange to be made. Please remember that, for each of the options mentioned above, the cost of shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
